1. Your participation in the Game constitutes your acknowledgment and agreement that you have read, understand, agree, and act, with respect to the terms of these Official Rules
2. By entering the Game, applicants agree to abide by all terms of the Official Rules applicable thereto.
3. By entering the Game, entrants agree to provide certain personally identifiable information.
4. The winners will be notified by email or by post.
5. Prize money is determined by the number of entries in the pool.
6. The prize will be paid to the winners as determined by the rules herein
7. The prize winner grants permission to the promoter to use their name and/or likeness for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law, and agree to execute a written consent.
8. Each player must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
9. Attempts by any player or any individual to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Game is a violation of the law. In the event that a tampering attempt is made, the promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent of the law.
10. The promoter is not responsible for any disruptions, injuries, losses of damages caused by events beyond our control and are not responsible for any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Game or any subsidiary, affiliated company, or its vendors. We are solely responsible for enacting, administering, enforcing the rules, and maintaining the integrity of the Game.
11. Disputes or appeals will be decided by the promoter and its interpretation of the rules. All rulings made are final and binding.

14. Selection names are used for informational purposes only.
15. Local taxation associated with the receipt of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.
16. The prizes will be paid to the winners 1 week following the end of the game unless this is 60 days from week 1 where the prizes will be paid 60 days from then.
17. Results will be published on the website and will determine which players qualify for the next round.
18. Official results and statistics for each round shall be obtained from an official results bureau.
19. If for any reason, there is an amendment to the event schedule, the promoter reserves the right to make necessary changes to the rules of the game.
20. Players are eligible to play in line with their place of residence local law.

22. Proprietary information provided to players, including but not limited to, the internet password to access the Game website shall be kept confidential.
